Nutrition that starts with you — not a template.
Most nutrition advice tells you what to eat.
Integrative Nutrition Therapy asks a different question: why isn’t what you already know working?
The answer is almost always found not in a different diet, but in a deeper understanding of your body — your biology, your history, your daily rhythms, and what your blood work is quietly telling us.
What makes it different
This is not generic healthy eating advice. Every programme begins with a thorough health history and, where appropriate, a functional blood panel. This removes guesswork and replaces it with a clear, evidence-informed picture of what your body actually needs — right now, for you specifically.
Two people can eat the same food and respond completely differently. Genetics, gut health, stress load, sleep quality, and hormonal status all shape how your body processes nutrients. Bio-individual nutrition planning accounts for these differences. It is the opposite of one-size-fits-all.
Who it helps
Clients experiencing fatigue, hormonal imbalance, gut issues, metabolic concerns, cardiovascular risk factors, or immune challenges — and anyone who has tried conventional dietary advice and found it insufficient. Also available for pregnancy and postnatal nutrition, and elderly clients building nutritional resilience and cognitive longevity.
The programmes
Two clear paths, depending on what you're looking for. Both programmes are delivered online for clients outside Singapore.
Nutrition Reset — 6 weeks
A focused, practical programme to reset your eating patterns, install better habits, and address your most pressing concerns. Ideal if you want meaningful change without the commitment of a longer clinical programme.
Includes:
1 × comprehensive intake consultation (90 minutes)
5 × weekly follow-up consultations (60 minutes each)
Personalised nutrition protocol tailored to your intake findings
Pantry and kitchen audit (in-person in Singapore; photo-based and video-guided for online clients)
Meal planning guidance — shopping lists, batch cooking principles, simple recipes
Email support Monday to Friday, with a 2-business-day response window
Best for:
clients who want to build better eating habits
improve energy and digestion, and feel confident in the kitchen
without pursuing functional blood work at this stage
Pricing:
Discussed during your complimentary discovery call, tailored to your needs and location.
Blood panel laboratory fees are invoiced separately at actual cost. Clients outside Singapore arrange blood testing through their local provider (guidance and referral to suitable panels provided).
Integrative Nutrition Programme — 3 months
A deeper, clinically-informed programme built around your functional blood work. The baseline panel removes guesswork. The progress panel shows what's actually shifting. Your programme is refined based on what your biology is telling us, not assumptions.

8 × follow-up consultations (60 minutes each)
weekly for the first 6 weeks, fortnightly thereafter
Baseline functional blood panel review (dedicated 60-minute interpretation session)

A note on scope
This work operates within the scope of nutritional therapy and functional wellness. It is not diagnostic and does not replace medical care. Where your health history or blood work reveals anything requiring medical attention, appropriate referral is always made, and you are encouraged to continue working with your GP or specialist throughout the programme.
Getting started
Every engagement begins with a complimentary 20-minute discovery call to understand your goals, answer your questions, and determine which programme is the right fit. There is no obligation.
