Clinical Hypnotherapy

The patterns keeping you stuck are not a character flaw.

They are a learned response.

And learned responses can be changed.

Clinical hypnotherapy works at the level where most change actually needs to happen, not in your conscious intentions, but in the deeper patterns that drive your behaviour without your permission.

This is not stage hypnosis. It is an evidence-based clinical modality used to address habits, fears, emotional patterns, and physiological responses that have become entrenched over time.

You remain fully aware throughout. Nothing happens without your participation and consent.

Subsequent sessions move into the therapeutic work itself. Most clients notice a meaningful shift within 3 to 4 sessions, though this varies by individual and presenting issue.
